Reliable support hero completing the best P2W rally setup for Bear Hunt. Provides a solid 25% damage boost and great stat scaling, outperforming Bahiti for advanced players. This means your hero choices, troop ratios, buffs, and march timing all matter. Unlike other PvE events, damage mitigation is irrelevant here—your goal is pure damage output. Blue heroes are ok if they’re the very last option and NOT in the first slot. As a rally joining member all your choices matter.

- What ratio is best for my own rallies for bear trap?
- If you do this, everyone in your rally will score very low damage!
- Even if your Hero’s Expedition Skill isn’t included in the rally buffs, your Troops still benefit from the skills contributed by the rally leader and the first four joiners.
- This seems to help support damage delivery.
- Especially in earlier generations you might not even have enough Heroes from these Tiers, or you might be using some of them in your own rally.
But their job is to, with time, make sure they can have enough proper heroes to join with. In that ig group review case, we don’t want to punish them for ‘having too many troops’ or ‘not paying money for extra march queue or VIP level’. For the third rally, Sinti III joined with more troops and much higher quality – T10s instead of T5s and 70k extra FC3 Marksman. Not only does it make absolutely no sense because if it worked like that, greedy whales would not allow any weak players into their rallies and only the strongest players would be let in to increase the damage as much as possible. You cannot because every player has an internal cooldown of 2 natural days after joining or starting a rally against the Bear and this cooldown is separate from the trap’s cooldown.
The younger your state, the more min-maxy you want to be since you are scraping up every little bit of damage to get to the next damage threshold. If a Hero does not provide the highest possible benefit to the rally – DO NOT USE THEM. But they are completely fine to use, since most people will get Sonya and probably Dominic eventually too. Rules don’t need to be set in stone, they can change with time when new Hero generations come and Hero list can be amended. Especially in earlier generations you might not even have enough Heroes from these Tiers, or you might be using some of them in your own rally. Later generation Heroes who started to provide lethality bonus are welcome as well.
This is the ‘other side of the coin’ you need to understand to be able to score high damage in Bear Hunt. Joining a rally follows different set of rules compared to starting a rally. This is crucial to understand because if you do not, everyone in your rally, including you, suffers the consequences. This velocity trade means different rules apply to you from those who join your rally. If you are starting a rally, you are the rally leader.
The trap can be enhanced up to level 5 via this method with each level granting an attack buff against the Bear. Before the event is started, players can use Explosive Arrowhead items to enhance the trap. Both traps operate independently with seperate cooldowns, enhancement levels, and damage rankings. This will force players to Teleport outside your Territory, thereby missing out on territory buffs, and may even prevent them from getting close if you border the territory of another alliance.

- I’m R4 and have been asked to over see them; our first one nobody really organized anything and we did 31 rallies with 2.6 million damage.
- Upgrading the command center and researching “Regimental Expansion” in the battle section of the research facility could boost rally capacity, which will allow a high number of troops to enter your rally.
- In an ideal world, I would recommend only ever using heroes of Tier S and A since those are the ones who provide flat direct damage, attack and lethality bonus in as high numbers as possible (20-30%).
- It will benefit you and every single person in that rally.

Attack bonus seems to support the delivery of damage. In addition to Personal Rewards, there are also rewards on offer for the total damage done by the Alliance. Personal rewards are paid out based on meeting personal damage milestones. Having read this Whiteout Survival Bear Hunt Guide, you should have a good idea of how the event works and understand the key things you need to consider when trying to maximize your damage.
Strategies for both leaders and joiners
Nothing apart the first skill from the first hero matters. If you do this, everyone in your rally will score very low damage! There are number of ways that you, as an individual, and as an alliance can increase the damage you inflict upon the Bear and we will discuss them further in this guide in more detail. Cyrille’s incredible group hunting skills allows her to call many more to the hunter’s feast, increasing Bear Hunt Rally Capacity by 120,000. Personal rewards come in several ranges and increase in quality the higher damage threshold you pass.
For example, Gina’s stamina reduction skill is irrelevant for the Bear Hunt but could still be included if she’s one of the first joiners with a high-level skill. To maximize the rally’s effectiveness, prioritize Heroes with Expedition Skills that enhance Troop lethality or attack, as these have the greatest impact. Your lead Hero is simply the first Hero you select when joining a rally, as shown in the image above.
Rally leaders should monitor initial joiners closely and replace those with low-impact Expedition Skills to include more beneficial buffs in the rally. It’s important to note that Heroes themselves do not deal damage to the Bear. Understanding how to increase rally buffs as a joiner is essential for contributing effectively. When selecting Rally Leaders, you are looking for those with Expedition Skills that predominantly buff Troop attack and lethality. However, they cannot be run at the same time or at an overlapping time. Additionally, placing it near the border of your alliance territory should be avoided.
The Bear Trap is one of the most rewarding alliance events in Kingshot. For other rally, Jessie main hero, Sergei and Gina. I use Flint main hero, Molly and Bahiti to open rally. Jessie/Jasser MUST be the FIRST hero in the formation, or the bonus will not work. If someone sends Smith before four Jessies/Jassers, the rally will get +25% city coal output instead of +25% damage. They must velocity trade be first in the joiners’ formation, and one of the first 4 sent to join; otherwise, other skills will override it.
Helga → A solid choice to launch rallies, especially if she has high stats and her Lethality widget. Amadeus → Strongest overall, but often better as a joiner since his Expedition skill provides more team value. Let’s see how to do the most damage and help your team! Once a Level 5 skill is locked in, it can’t be overridden unless that player is kicked. You can always check whether a rally is set up properly by tapping the yellow flag icon on the rally screen. Joining rallies correctly is just as important as leading them.
This is an accumulation of all the damage you dealt across all the rallies you participated in during the duration of the event. Even if your Hero’s Expedition Skill isn’t included in the rally buffs, your Troops still benefit from the skills contributed by the rally leader and the first four joiners. If a later player joins with a lead Hero whose 1st Expedition Skill is at a higher level than one of the initial four joiners, their skill will replace the lower-level one already included in the rally buff. Some would continue to advise continuing to use Bahiti, however, we believe Zinman has an edge due to his skills not including any RNG meaning more consistent damage. Prioritizing attack and lethality-focused Heroes will ensure the highest possible damage contribution from your rally that all joiners can benefit from.
City, cabinet (presidential), pet, are all modifiers after troop/army calculations So, consider outfitting the hero leaders you us to join well. There are many others to choose from that contribute damage. There is nothing attacking you. Italic is a SR hero (purple) Bold is an SSR hero (orange).
